Milling & Stabilization Process

Step 1

Scoop and remove existing pavement and base into a milling machine. The machine also grinds the material to the correct size and redistributes it on the road.

Step 2

Once the newly ground material is spread throughout the new road surface, we smooth and grade the milled surface with calculated precision.

Step 3

Portland cement is evenly poured over the milled surface, then scooped and removed again to mix a new milled surface. After mixing, the newly milled material is distributed.

Step 4

A precise amount of water is sprayed on the new surface and compacted with a high-powered roller. This ensures the new surface is smooth and structurally sound.
